Type 1 Diabetes Early Detection Program Implementation Materials

The attached flyer is designed for early learning coalitions, school districts, and charter schools to distribute to their respective parent/guardian populations for students in grades pre-kindergarten, kindergarten, and first grade in compliance with the statute.
 
These materials are intended for parents and guardians of students and must be made available through the Department’s website. Additionally, the Department must implement a notification process for parents and guardians of pre-kindergarten, kindergarten, and first grade students regarding the availability of these materials.
